Amy will listen to your needs and goals related to your body and its movement capabilities while leading you through a balanced workout that can range from gentle and therapeutic to challenging and rigorous. Whether you are looking to change up your current exercise regimen or are looking to alleviate aches and pains in your body, Pilates can be a great choice for you. All bodies are welcome.

$450 - package of 10 sessions
Duet sessions
$80 - single session ($40/person/session)
$375 - package of 5 sessions
All packages have a 12 month expiration date.
Policies
Payment can be made by cash, check, venmo, paypal, zelle or credit card and is due in full at the time of service.
Please do your best to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling a session to avoid being charged in full for the session.
Please do your best to be on time for appointments. Appointments that start late will still end on time.
All class packages have a 12 month expiration date.
Clients assume any and all risk while on the premises and during their Pilates session.
