Group Classes

Amy currently offers a few options for in person group Pilates classes. 

In-Person Group Class at The Velvet Turtle Salon & Wellness Center
Amy teaches an in-person group Pilates mat class at The Velvet Turtle Salon & Wellness Center. This class is more than just mat work: students will use foam rollers, balls and therabands to enhance their Pilates practice. Class size will be limited to 8 students so you must register ahead of time. Masks are optional.

$16 per class

*A few notes about registration and cancellations
-- Classes with fewer than 2 people registered will be cancelled. It doesn’t happen often but if it does, I will cancel Sunday morning class the night before (around 9pm).
-- You are welcome to sign up for class at the last minute, as long as class is still happening (and there is space).
-- Clients can cancel their slot in a group class up to 12 hours before the class begins without being charged.
