  • How often should I practice Pilates?

    • While there is no formal commitment necessary, it is important to remember that this is a movement practice. You will notice the most benefits when you commit to Pilates as a regular practice. It is recommended that you commit to at least 1 session per week in order to get the most out of your practice; however, Pilates is something that can be practiced everyday! The movements that we do can vary from day to day based on how your body is feeling.
  • What should I wear to Pilates?

    • Just where something that you can move in. You will not wear shoes when you practice Pilates. You are welcome to work in socks or bare feet.
